It’s so simple to learn Tally u can learn this software within a month & to become professional in it probably take little more time because of lots of feature in it where I himself not know about it.




After Creation of Company:

You’ll seen the given picture like that Image in your desktop after u creation of company. This is the gateway of Tally where you see the main heading in black-color. Highlighted alpha in the word is the shortcut to enter on it. If u now to open thing more quickly u must have to know these kinds of small shortcut to open file more quickly. Like after pressing “V” in Gateway of Tally Accounting Vouchers”” Automatically open because of that highlighted V.

 F1: Inventory Vouchers (Alt+F1), After pressing it u seen stock journal screen where u convert goods or transfer of goods to one go-down to another.
Remember always tally provide you shortcut keys most of the time in their right side but sometime after creation of new company some features are not open automatically you need to open it itself then only it show toward right side.

F2 is for Voucher Date.

F3 is for opening new company while making a new company

F4 is for Contra Entries, three type of Contra entries are: Deposit cash at Bank, withdraw of cash & Transfer cash from one bank to another.

F5 is for Payment, when we make payment to anyone then we pass entry in it.

 F6 if for Receipt, when we receive cash from anyone weather it’s in cash or at bank it is recorded in Journal.

 F7 if for Journal, in journal we generally pass those entries which doesn’t affect cash & sometime whenever we right-off some amount we use journal for it.

 F8 is for Sales, sometime we don’t know while creating a ledger Party name is not show in Sale it’s because we take that ledger under wrong place. So Tally sometime not accept your entries so don’t worry if you're in any problem while using Tally.

 F9 is for Purchase, we record all the vouchers in Tally to which we purchase from other party.

 F10 is for Reversal Journal, it’s the reverse entry for decreasing the previous balance but we use it in journal entries too.
We having a option to create a new Voucher too, some people create different voucher of 

Payment-Receipt in Bank & payment-Receipt in cash. Tally is easy to use if know to learn Tally it’s available online as well.
